Telus Digital has opened a new operations center with capacity for 900 workstations in Guatemala City, expanding its delivery capacity as it grows its business in Central America.
Located at Miraflores Shopping Center, the facility spans about 4,500 square meters and includes dedicated training areas. The company said the location was chosen partly in response to employees’ requests for a workplace closer to their homes.
